This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how we collect, use, store and share your personal information when you use our AI-powered video generation service available at https://aifruitvideos.net (the "Service"), and the rights you have. Please read this Policy carefully before using the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Policy. We may update this Policy from time to time and will notify you of material changes as described in Section 12.

- Payment information: transaction amount, payment status, and the plan or credit pack purchased. We do not store full card numbers. Card data is handled by our payment processor (see Section 5).
- Communications: emails, support requests, feedback and other messages you send to us.
- User content: text prompts, reference images and generation settings you submit.
2.2 Information we collect automatically
- Device and network information: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type and timezone.
- Usage information: pages visited, features used, generation frequency, credit usage and session duration.
- Log data: request times, error logs and performance data.
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).
2.3 Generated content
- AI-generated videos and associated metadata, such as the model used, resolution and generation parameters.

5. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information, including any "sale" as defined by applicable law such as the CCPA. We share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: cloud hosting, database, payment, customer support, email delivery and analytics providers, subject to confidentiality and data processing agreements. Payment card data is handled exclusively by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor, Waffo Pancake, and is not stored on our servers.
- AI model providers: we transmit your prompts and reference images to third-party AI providers (including Replicate, Fal and KIE) so that they can process your generation requests.
- Legal and regulatory requirements: where required by law, a court order or a lawful request from a competent authority.
- Business transactions: in connection with a merger, acquisition or similar transaction, with prior notice and continued protection obligations.
- With your consent: for other purposes where you have given your explicit prior consent.
6. Data Security
- Encryption in transit: TLS / HTTPS.
- Storage security: passwords are hashed; sensitive data is encrypted where appropriate.
- Access control: least-privilege access and confidentiality obligations for personnel and contractors.
- Periodic security reviews and vulnerability scanning.
- Vendor agreements requiring appropriate security measures.
If a security incident affects your rights, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware, where required by law. Please keep your account credentials secure and do not share them.

Service-related emails (such as account verification, password reset, billing receipts and security alerts) are necessary to operate the Service. If we introduce marketing communications, we will send them only with your consent, and you will be able to unsubscribe using the link in each email or through your account settings. Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect necessary service notices.
10. International Transfers
Our servers and service providers may be located outside China and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. When we transfer personal information internationally, we protect it through:
- Data processing agreements incorporating the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
- Transfers only to recipients that provide an adequate level of protection, or relying on an applicable adequacy regulation.
- Other lawful transfer mechanisms where required.

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
